The Foundation

CADT Services Ltd began operations in early 2024 as a high-level technology consultancy. Initially operating through a distributed remote model, we focused on identifying cost-efficient supply routes for European data centres during global chip shortages.

2025

Physical Expansion

Recognising the need for a physical node to ensure quality control and trade compliance, the company established its corporate headquarters in Quarry Bay, Hong Kong. This move allowed us to be closer to our suppliers while providing a stable, regulated base for international financial settlements.

2027

Regional Growth (Projected)

As part of our commitment to supply chain resilience, CADT Services Ltd is scheduled to open a satellite office in Seoul, South Korea. This expansion aims to establish a direct presence within the memory semiconductor hub, facilitating real-time quality control and direct sourcing of High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) and next-generation AI processors.

He has built a formidable network of relationships with leading global distributors and data centre integrators. His leadership is defined by a deep understanding of market volatility and a commitment to identifying high-efficiency supply routes that bypass traditional bottlenecks.

Role: Leads global strategy, supplier relationship management, and high-level client negotiations.

Head of Asia-Pacific Logistics

With a background as a senior logistics coordinator for major foundries in Taiwan, Sarah brings unparalleled expertise to the CADT supply chain. She manages the physical movement of goods from the production line to our Hong Kong hub, specialising in strategic stock consolidation and real-time inventory tracking. Her role is vital in maintaining the chain of custody for high-value components, ensuring that every shipment meets the technical and safety requirements of our Western clients.

Role: Manages the physical supply chain and the upcoming 2027 Korea-HK logistics corridor.

Director of Compliance & Regulatory Affairs

A specialist in international trade law with 15 years of experience in AML/KYC frameworks. David is responsible for maintaining CADT's "Bank-Ready" status by overseeing all regulatory filings and ensuring strict adherence to the Hong Kong Trade and Industry Department (TID) regulations. His rigorous approach to export licensing and dual-use technology controls provides our banking partners and clients with the absolute assurance that every transaction is fully compliant with global standards.

Financial Operations & FX Manager
